Resolve responded to the ISABEL KNUTSEN (22,377dwt) which had grounded just inside Galveston Bay. A salvage master and naval architect were mobilized and onboard within a few hours. After making the necessary calculations, the salvage master ordered some internal cargo transfers and deballasting which enabled the ship to refloat with the assistance of four (4) tugs totaling 275 tons bollard pull.
