The battle against COVID continues with an additional walk-up/drive-up vaccine site opening at 1550 SE 17th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Sponsored by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) and Florida Health in association with Resolve Marine and Mission Resolve, the vaccination site opens at 9:00 AM EST and closes at 6:00 PM EST daily. Children over 12 with a parent or adult can get the Pfizer vaccine at this location. To ensure the vaccination site’s visibility between the Resolve Marine and Resolve Academy buildings, Resolve Marine paid for a much larger sign than the state originally installed enabling easy access to a convenient East Fort Lauderdale location.
