The 450′ fuel barge hit a submerged object and subsequently capsized and sank 25 miles offshore from Sabine Pass, Texas. Resolve responded by lightering all of her cargo (No. 6 Diesel Fuel), stabilized, refloated and towed the capsized vessel to Theodore, Alabama. At Theodore, Resolve crews cleaned all the tanks and removed the deckhouse before redelivering the barge to its owner.
