Resolve remediated and prepared the 473′ training vessel from Texas A&M University for sinking as an artificial reef. All hazardous materials were removed including lead paint, asbestos, PCB’s, mercury, etc. while removing and preserving unique items of historical value for the University. The vessel was made “diver safe” and prepared for sinking. The vessel was successfully laid to rest
