Resolve Marine, a global leader in emergency response, salvage & wreck removal, and maritime training, is excited to attend the Connecticut Maritime Association Annual Shipping Conference and Exhibition in Stamford, Connecticut, March 12-14.

“It is an honor to be among experts from around the world, and hear them speak on the challenges and trends that will continue to shape the landscape of the maritime industry, now and in the future.” Lindsay Malen-Habib, Client Services Manager at Resolve Marine, will be speaking during ‘The Human Element: It’s Complicated” session, which starts at 9:30 on March 14 in the Aspen rooms.

Malen-Habib has 15 years of experience in maritime emergency response, business development, and marketing. Malen-Habib previously served as Director of Business Development for one of the world’s largest salvors, and with extensive experience in emergency response contingency planning, salvage, and wreck removal, she has become an expert and leader within her space. Further she is an active member within the marine industry and serves as Secretary Treasurer of the American Salvage Association, and is an active member of the Women in International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA).

Malen-Habib’s speech, titled “Clearing the Debris: Stepping Up in a Crisis – How a Salvage Company Responded to Natural Disaster” will be given at 11:55 and use real-life experiences to in the wake of the record breaking Hurricane Season that Resolve responded to, to illustrate best practices in the industry.
