Resolve Marine Group is pleased to announce the sale of certain assets related to its commercial engineering services provided by Resolve Engineering Group, LLC to On Course Engineers, LLC, effective January 1, 2026.
This strategic transaction includes the transition of select engineering services and naval architecture capabilities that have been developed and refined over the past several years. These services will continue under On Course Engineers, LLC, a firm dedicated to advancing engineering excellence and expanding third-party capabilities within the maritime sector.
Resolve Engineering has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative engineering solutions and exceptional service across the maritime industry. By transferring its third-party engineering services to On Course Engineers, LLC, those offerings will continue to thrive within an organization singularly focused on serving external clients.
While Resolve Engineering will no longer provide these services to third parties, demand for internal engineering support within Resolve Marine continues to grow rapidly. This transaction allows Resolve Engineering to concentrate exclusively on supporting Resolve Marine’s expanding operational, project and asset-based engineering needs, while On Course Engineers, LLC focuses on delivering third-party engineering services.
