The Houston office will serve as a key center for business development, client engagement, and regional operations across the Gulf Coast and beyond. To lead the Houston office, Resolve Marine has appointed Samina Sadaf Mahmood as Commercial & Business Development Manager. Mahmood brings extensive experience in the maritime industry, with a strong track record in commercial strategy, partnership development and customer engagement. In her role, she will support the Projects Division with contract and subcontractor management. She will also be responsible for driving business development initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities across key markets.
Mahmood’s appointment reflects Resolve Marine’s commitment to investing in top talent to support its expanding global operations. Her expertise will play a key role in enhancing the company’s visibility and strengthening its relationships with stakeholders across the maritime, energy, infrastructure and aerospace sectors.
