Resolve Marine, a global leader in innovative marine solutions, is pleased to announce its 2026 Great Place To Work® certification, an internationally recognized credential that demonstrates an exceptional employee experience and fosters a strong workplace culture based on trust, respect and camaraderie. Resolve Marine is proud to hold this certification in the United States, the Netherlands and Singapore.
This is the second annual certification for Resolve Marine, following the initial certification in 2025. Driven entirely by employee feedback, a Great Place To Work certification is earned through employee feedback gathered from a Trust Index Survey. A significant majority of Resolve Marine employees rated the company as a Great Place To Work, with top-rated themes including personal responsibility, pride in work, workplace fairness and physical safety.
The Great Place To Work Trust Index Survey measures individual employee experiences of five dimensions of a high-trust company culture through 60 statements and two open-ended questions. Three of the dimensions are connected to the actions of leaders and building trust: credibility, respect, and fairness. The other two dimensions measure the workplace experience of employees in relation to their colleagues and the wider organization: pride and a sense of belonging.
Participation in the Great Place To Work initiative helps companies attract and?retain?top talent, improve productivity, enhance reputation, and gain valuable insights into their workplace culture. Results from the survey help determine how employee feedback will continue to shape the direction of an organization.
“We are incredibly proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work, because this certification reflects what matters most at Resolve Marine: our workforce,” said Joseph Farrell III, Chief Executive Officer. “This achievement is a direct result of our employees’ trust, engagement, and commitment to one another. We remain dedicated to fostering a collaborative, supportive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to grow, contribute and succeed.”
