Resolve Marine Appoints Chief Human Resources Officer, Jennifer Alfonso

Resolve Marine, a global marine solutions provider, is pleased to announce that Jennifer Alfonso has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer. In her role, Jennifer will lead the company's global human resources strategy across all Resolve Marine entities and regions, partnering with executive leadership to support the organization's continued growth and strengthen its people-first culture. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she will report to Chief Executive Officer Joseph Farrell III.
 
Jennifer brings more than 15 years of human resources leadership experience developing and leading strategic HR initiatives across complex, high-growth, multi-site organizations. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership teams to build scalable HR functions, drive organizational development, strengthen workplace culture, and align people strategies with business objectives. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, organizational design, compliance, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and HR technology.
 
Most recently, Jennifer served as Vice President of Human Resources for a publicly traded airline, where she established the company's People & Culture function and helped scale the organization from startup to more than 1,000 employees. Her experience leading transformational growth and building high-performing teams will support Resolve Marine's continued global expansion and commitment to operational excellence.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and completed the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
