This strategic transaction includes the sale of the Ocean Motions Company, and its WSLP Ship Loading & Stability Software. The existing management team of Ocean Motions Company will continue to serve existing and new clients. Resolve Marine Group will continue to provide its RESPOND 24/7 service. Resolve Marine has also entered into a service agreement with Ocean Motions Company to continue to leverage Ocean Motion’s expertise in providing the RESPOND 24/7 service.
Ocean Motions Company has built a strong reputation for delivering custom ship loading and stability software and exceptional service across the maritime industry. By transferring the company to its existing management team, those offerings will continue to thrive within an organization singularly focused on serving clients.
