Our 1-Call Alaska Alternative Planning Criteria program provides 24/7 support to vessels transiting the Alaskan EEZ, the most economic pathway for commerce between ports in eastern Asia to the west coast of North America.
As an APC provider, we maintain situational awareness of every vessel enrolled in our program. Real-time communications when transiting the Alaskan EEZ include vessel status, route plans and fuel quantities. Clients consider our onshore duty officers to be part of their onboard team.

Federal Tank Coverage
1-Call Alaska’s APC program provides federal compliance with 33 CFR Subpart D and OPA 90 oil spill response for vessels in the Western Alaska COTP truncating at 63 degrees north. Coverage extends to 200 nautical miles.
Federal Non-tank Coverage
1-Call Alaska’s APC program provides federal compliance with 33 CFR Subpart J and OPA 90 oil spill response in all Western Alaska and Prince William Sound COTP. Our coverage extends from the shoreline to 200 nautical miles.
Alaska State Coverage
1-Call Alaska provides Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) non-tank vessel clean-up contractor coverage in accordance with Alaska citation 18 AAC 75 to non-tank vessels calling a port or going within three nautical miles of the shore in the Aleutian Islands, Bristol Bay, Cook Inlet, and Prince William Sound.*
*To call a port in Cook Inlet Prince William Sound our clients must also contract with CISPRI.
