Compliance Programs

Our 1-Call Alaska Alternative Planning Criteria program provides 24/7 support to vessels transiting the Alaskan EEZ, the most economic pathway for commerce between ports in eastern Asia to the west coast of North America.

In most of the U.S. vessel owners and operators are required to comply with the OSRO National Planning Criteria (NPC). However, because of Alaska’s unique characteristics, vessel owners comply with Alternative Planning Criteria (APC). APC provides flexibility to holistically meet the intent of NPC OSRO regulations, while not meeting them exactly as written.

As an APC provider, we maintain situational awareness of every vessel enrolled in our program. Real-time communications when transiting the Alaskan EEZ include vessel status, route plans and fuel quantities. Clients consider our onshore duty officers to be part of their onboard team.

1-Call Alaska compliance programs include federal tank vessel coverage, federal non-tank vessel coverage and Alaska coverage of non-tank vessels. For more information contact us at +1.907.243.0069 or email us at 1callalaska@resolvemarine.com. To access our client portal ORCA, click here
