Resolve Marine, a global leader in innovative marine solutions, today announced that Jose Darsin, PE has been appointed Executive Director of Global Operations. A newly created role, he will oversee global operational departments. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the position reports to Resolve Marine’s Chief Executive Officer.
A seasoned executive, Darsin brings international experience across multisite operations, emergency and natural disaster response, project oversight, bids and proposals, risk management and strategic planning. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at I-4 Mobility Partners, the concessionaire for a $2+ billion Public Private Partnership. Prior to that, he held U.S.-based roles at Fluor Corporation, Transfield Services and AECOM. In Argentina he worked on major infrastructure projects and collaborated with the World Bank. Darsin holds a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires, a Master of Science in Transportation, Planning and Engineering from New York University and an MBA from Babson College, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. He is a certified Professional Engineer.
