Jose Darsin joined Resolve Marine as Executive Director of Global Operations in July 2025.
A seasoned executive, Darsin brings 20+ years of international experience across emergency and natural disaster response, project oversight, multisite operations, bids and proposals, risk management and strategic planning. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at I-4 Mobility Partners, the concessionaire for a $2+ billion Public Private Partnership. Prior to that, he held U.S.-based roles at Fluor Corporation, Transfield Services and AECOM. In Argentina he worked on major infrastructure projects and collaborated with the World Bank.
