Serving as Director, Marine Service Centers, A.W. McAfee brings 30 years of industry experience to the role. He oversees Resolve Marine’s Alaska, Pacific Northwest and U.S. Gulf of Mexico facilities and personnel. In 2023, McAfee led the company’s U.S. West Coast expansion and opened a 10,000 square foot facility in Tacoma, Washington. McAfee joined the company as Managing Director, Alaska in 2020 and in 2022, oversaw the acquisition and integration of MAC Enterprises, expanding the company’s Dutch Harbor, Alaska shipyard and drydock services with welding, commercial diving, boat watch and chartering services. Prior to joining Resolve Marine, McAfee gained industry expertise supervising teams on large-scale projects for global engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) companies. He began his career as a commercial diver and set new standards on how sub-sea operations are performed resulting in the advancement of underwater construction techniques.
