An industry veteran with nearly 30 years of experience, A.W. McAfee is West Coast Regional Manager. In this role, he oversees Resolve Marine’s aviation division based in Anchorage, the shipyard and drydock in Dutch Harbor and the Tacoma, Washington facility that provides marine services, commercial diving and marine firefighting response. McAfee oversaw the 2022 acquisition and integration of MAC Enterprises, expanding welding, diving, boat watch and chartering services in Unalaska, AK. Prior to joining Resolve Marine, McAfee gained industry expertise supervising teams on large-scale projects for global engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) companies. He began his career as a commercial diver and set new standards on how sub-sea operations are performed resulting in the advancement of underwater construction techniques.
