Hugh Leckey Jr. leads Resolve Marine’s Global Shared Resources Department and brings over 12 years of experience in the marine salvage industry. In this role, he oversees a broad operational portfolio that includes the company’s logistics department, floating assets, diving and portable salvage equipment.
Leckey began his career with Resolve Marine as an OPA 90 Coordinator, later serving as a Commercial Coordinator before spending seven years in operations. During that time, he played a part in numerous emergency response and wreck removal projects. He was then promoted to Global Salvage Equipment Manager, where he led a team of 40 personnel and crew. Key accomplishments at the company include the successful refurbishment of Resolve Marine’s global assets and the optimization of a complex inventory management system encompassing over 6,500 assets, specialized equipment and response packages.
