Executive Director Lana Farrell leads Resolve Academy, Resolve Marine's specialized division for marine firefighting and training, and oversees Resolve Marine’s real estate portfolio.
Lana began her career with Resolve Marine in 2013, working as a Project Coordinator and Client Services Representative. From 2016 to 2018, she advanced to Director of Administrative Development, a role focused on organizational growth. In 2018, she took time to attend Cornell’s full-time MBA program and returned in 2020 as Resolve’s Talent Development Manager. Before joining the family business, Lana was a registered nurse, gaining experience in the Intensive Care and Same Day Surgical Units at two medical facilities in Florida.
